Empowering the Next Generation of Confident, Resilient Young Women

The Girls’ Child Soccer Program is a flagship initiative designed to break the barriers that limit young female athletes in Kenya. Through safe spaces, mentorship, and structured life-skills development, we create an environment where girls can thrive both on and off the pitch.

What the Program Offers

Each participant is paired with a successful female role model—former athletes, educators, or community leaders—who provides:

  • Guidance and encouragement
  • Career and academic navigation
  • A trusted safe space to talk through challenges
  • Leadership inspiration

Dedicated training and competition spaces where girls can build skill, teamwork, and self-belief in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Safe, structured forums where girls openly discuss real issues affecting their lives, including:

  • Self-esteem & body image
  • Reproductive health
  • Early pregnancy
  • Financial literacy
  • Personal safety and wellbeing

These sessions help girls develop emotional resilience and practical knowledge for everyday life.

Objective

To increase female participation in sports while equipping girls with essential life skills, leadership abilities, and the confidence to overcome societal challenges.
